Our olives are harvested early to capture a richer profile of flavors and antioxidants. Every bottle is sourced exclusively from the most recent season and never blended with past harvests. It’s how we make sure that what you taste is exactly what we harvested.

One Estate

Each bottle begins on a single family-owned estate in Jaén, where the same old trees have been flourishing for centuries. We move quickly from branch to bottle, cold-pressing the olives within two hours of harvest to preserve their freshness and character. Every pour is olive oil at its peak.

One Varietal

Each oil is made from a single olive variety, allowing its unique character to shine. Picual is vibrant and grassy, Hojiblanca is fragant and balanced, and Arbequina is mellow and fruity. Every bottle offers a pure expression of the fruit and its juice.
