Honoring the ingredients
We believe that the best ingredients don't need to be hidden. For us, that means keeping everything singular: one harvest, one estate, and one olive variety. Most oils are mystery blends from old harvests and many different places, but we prefer to keep it simple and honest. It’s how we make sure that what you taste is exactly what we harvested.
Taking the time
Life moves fast, but we believe the table is the one place where we shouldn't rush. We think there is real value in slowing down to appreciate the meal and the people we're enjoying it with. It’s about making the choice to stay a little longer, even after the plates are empty. When we don’t rush to clear the table, we find the time for the conversations that matter most.
